Event and ticketing terms

EVENT AND TICKETING TERMS Effective 10 September 2026 NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS: tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or cannot attend. Cancellation, significant event changes and statutory rights are excepted, as explained in section 5. 1. Your booking and the businesses involved Dolly 925 is organised and delivered by CRFM CIC, company number 11900472. CRFM's contact address is The John Myers Studios, Unit 43 Enterprise Centre, James Street, Carlisle, CA2 5BB. Contact studio@yourcrfm.co.uk or 01228 586 646 for event, ticket, refund or privacy enquiries. Include your order reference so your enquiry can be directed to the responsible team. Peravix Group LTD, company number 16937003, provides this ticketing website, ticket issuance, delivery and payment collection on CRFM's behalf. Your event admission contract is with CRFM. Peravix does not organise or operate the event or venue. Stripe processes card payments through its hosted checkout. Peravix's company information is available at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/16937003 and its website is https://peravix.co.uk. 2. Event information Dolly 925 takes place on Friday 25 September 2026 at The Box Arena, Portland Place, Carlisle, CA1 1RL. Doors open at 6pm UK time. It is a celebration of Dolly Parton, featuring Andrea Pattinson and local singer Kerry Weir. Dolly Parton herself is not appearing. The name refers to the date, 9/25. The expected finish is around 10:30pm UK time, following Andrea Pattinson's scheduled 9:30pm, 60-minute performance. The event may run later; this is not a guaranteed finish time. This is a standing event for over-18s. Read the event information and admission requirements before booking. Contact CRFM before purchasing if you need accessibility arrangements, so suitability and available assistance can be checked with the venue. Do not assume that seating or particular access facilities are available merely because tickets are on sale. 3. Prices, availability and payment Early-bird admission is GBP15 per person through 20 September 2026 UK time. Standard admission is GBP20 from 21 September. Advertised prices include all mandatory charges and any applicable taxes. No additional booking, payment or email fee is added at checkout. The total is shown before payment. Check the event, quantity and email address before paying. Beginning checkout temporarily reserves availability but does not confirm a booking. New online bookings close at 5:29pm UK time on 25 September 2026, or earlier if the online allocation is unavailable. Hosted payment windows end no later than the 6pm event start. A reservation holds its displayed price only within its checkout window, including if the early-bird period ends during that window. Starting again after expiry uses the price and availability then in force. Tickets are issued after successful payment has been verified. A return from the payment page alone is not confirmation. If confirmation is delayed, check your private order page or contact support before paying again. An expired checkout requires a new price and availability check. Any payment authentication requested by Stripe or your bank must be completed. We do not ask you to email card numbers, security codes or banking passwords. Arrangements between CRFM and Peravix do not reduce your statutory rights or refund entitlements. 4. Ticket delivery and entry Your private order page provides your tickets and receipt. Ticket confirmation is also sent to the email address supplied. Email delays or filtering do not cancel a confirmed booking: check the order page and contact support if needed. Each admission has its own QR code, which can be shown on a phone or printed clearly. Each valid code allows one check-in; copies do not create extra admissions. Refunded, cancelled or already-used codes cannot be used for another entry. Keep receipt links and QR codes private. Contact support about a missing or compromised ticket so the booking can be verified and unused codes replaced where appropriate. Tickets are non-transferable under the advertised event policy; contact CRFM about a name correction or exceptional circumstances. This does not authorise unfair cancellation or remove consumer rights. CRFM and venue staff manage admission, age checks and reasonable safety rules fairly and lawfully. Contact CRFM about identification or re-entry arrangements before attending. A disputed scan should be investigated by staff against the booking and check-in record, rather than treated as conclusive proof of wrongdoing. 5. Cancellation, changes and refunds If CRFM cancels the event, you are entitled under this policy to a refund of the full ticket price paid, including mandatory charges. Peravix assists with payment refund administration. No inter-business commission or settlement deduction will be taken from that refund. For postponement or a significant change, CRFM will explain the change and available options, including a refund if you do not accept the changed event. Minor programme adjustments do not remove legal remedies where the event materially differs from what was promised. There is no general 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for a leisure event booked for a specific date. Except where required by law or agreed by CRFM, tickets are not refundable simply because you change your mind or cannot attend. This does not restrict rights arising from cancellation, misdescription, breach of contract or a failure of ticketing services. Complimentary tickets have no admission purchase price to refund. Request help at studio@yourcrfm.co.uk, quoting your order reference. Approved refunds are submitted without undue delay to the original payment method where possible; bank and payment-provider processing times vary. A pending refund does not mean funds have reached your account. You do not need to wait for settlement between CRFM and Peravix to exercise a refund right. Remedies for other legally recoverable losses are not excluded by these terms. 6. Responsibilities and complaints CRFM is responsible for event delivery, programme, performers, venue arrangements, capacity, permissions, licences, insurance, accessibility arrangements, safety, staffing and admission, working with the venue and its suppliers. CRFM handles event changes, cancellation and event-related complaints. Peravix is responsible for reasonable care and skill in its own ticketing and payment-handling services, ticket records, delivery, technical support and its applicable consumer and data-protection obligations. It does not control the event or venue and is not responsible for failures caused solely by CRFM or its suppliers, rather than Peravix's own acts or omissions. Complaints involving both businesses will be coordinated through the contact above. Neither business excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights and lawful payment-provider remedies remain unaffected. 7. Your agreement You must actively agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice before ordering. We record the wording, version and booking time with your order and make them available with your receipt. Later edits do not retrospectively replace your recorded terms. Material changes remain subject to any notice, consent or remedy required by law.

Privacy notice

TICKETING PRIVACY NOTICE Effective 10 September 2026 1. Who uses your information CRFM CIC (company 11900472) organises Dolly 925 and is responsible for its use of booking information to organise the event, manage admission and handle event enquiries. Peravix Group LTD (company 16937003) operates the ticketing platform and is responsible for its use of information to provide ticketing, payment administration, support and service security. Each business is accountable for the processing it controls; providing a technical or payment service does not remove data-protection responsibilities. Contact studio@yourcrfm.co.uk with the subject Privacy request for either business. Requests will be directed to the responsible team. CRFM's postal contact is The John Myers Studios, Unit 43 Enterprise Centre, James Street, Carlisle, CA2 5BB; telephone 01228 586 646. Peravix's company information is at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/16937003. 2. Information and purposes We use buyer name and email, event, ticket category and quantity, prices, order and payment references, payment/refund status, ticket identifiers, accepted policy wording/version and booking time. Check-in records associate a ticket with the booking, scan time and staff account; they do not verify every attendee's identity. Staff accounts, sessions, technical logs, rate-limit identifiers and audit records support access control and investigations. Guest details may be provided by CRFM when it issues complimentary tickets rather than collected directly from the recipient. Name, email and booking details are required to issue an online order and provide the requested ticketing service. We use necessary information to perform the relevant booking/service contract or take requested steps before it. Applicable accounting and disclosure obligations provide the basis for retaining required financial records. Proportionate security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and dispute investigation rely on legitimate interests in protecting customers and operating a reliable service. Card and billing details are entered directly with Stripe. This ticket application does not store full card numbers or CVCs. Stripe and banks may use automated fraud and authentication checks that delay or decline payments. Contact support if you need a payment or admission decision investigated. Do not email card details, passwords or unnecessary health information. 3. Sharing and service providers Authorised Peravix ticket-support staff and CRFM event staff can access the information needed for their duties. Necessary information is shared with Stripe for checkout/payment administration, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, the hosting infrastructure supporting this site, and CRFM's mail service for transactional delivery. Your own email provider also handles messages addressed to you. Records may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where justified or required by law. This service does not sell buyer information or add buyers to a marketing list. Accepting terms or acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent. Stripe and Cloudflare operate internationally, including in the United States. Their notices describe processing locations and the transfer mechanisms they use, including applicable adequacy arrangements and contractual safeguards: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Ask the privacy contact above for information or copies of applicable safeguards relating to this service. Their own purposes and retention rules are described in their notices. 4. Retention and protection Records are access-controlled and stored separately from the main radio website. Retention depends on whether information is needed to fulfil an outstanding booking, resolve refunds or complaints, investigate a security incident, or meet applicable accounting and legal requirements. Abandoned booking records are reviewed for removal when no longer needed to diagnose or verify the booking service. Completed booking and admission information is reviewed after the event and the resolution of related refunds or disputes. Required financial evidence and records subject to a legal claim or preservation requirement may need to remain longer, with access limited accordingly. Requests for erasure are considered against these specific needs; records are not promised to be automatically deleted after the event. Daily database backups rotate over 30 days. This is the backup period, not a 30-day lifetime for the original booking. No service can guarantee absolute security. Treat private receipt links and QR codes as credentials and report suspected disclosure promptly so unused ticket codes can be protected. 5. Your rights Depending on the circumstances and legal limits, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including security or service-investigation processing, by contacting studio@yourcrfm.co.uk. The responsible business will assess your request and explain any lawful reason for continuing. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity checks may be needed to protect someone else's information. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ without first complaining to us. 6. Cookies, local storage and communications The ticket application uses the essential tickets_session cookie to keep authorised staff signed in for up to 12 hours. The scanner stores its sound preference on the device. Buyers do not need an account or a marketing signup. Cloudflare may use security cookies when checking a visitor or managing abusive traffic. Stripe's separate checkout explains its own cookies and optional services. Transactional ticket emails include order details and QR codes but no marketing subscription or email-open tracking pixel added by this application. The policy shown when you book is retained with the order. We will provide updated information where changes to processing require it. This notice covers personal data provided through the ticketing service.
